14. Ready to Install - click Next

15. Wait several minutes for Sophos to install. When complete, click Finish.

Problems?

If you are getting errors that Sophos cannot update, please double check that you have input the Sophos username and password correctly.

To do this, Right click on the shield and choose 'Open Sophos.'

On the screen that opens, click on Configure updating and put in the correct Sophos username and password.
This is NOT your Kerberos username and password, this is the username and password that was included with the original download.
If you have deleted the original download that had this information, go to http://software.ucdavis.edu and download it again.
