How to setup your email program if you are a Staff or Faculty Member.

  1. Make sure that your email program is up to date


    Thunderbird


    Click on HelpCheck for Updates

    Apple Mail (All versions)

    Click on the Apple in the upper left → Software Update

    Outlook (2003 and 2007)

    Click on HelpCheck for Updates

    Windows Mail & Outlook Express

    In Windows, Click on StartAll ProgramsWindows Update

    Entourage

    Click on HelpCheck for Updates

  2. Follow the instructions for setting up your email program


    For information about the difference between POP and IMAP, please visit: POP and IMAP for Email Access


    Windows (XP, Vista, or 7)


    Apple Mac OSX (10.4, 10.5, or 10.6)


    Other Programs (Unsupported)

    These are the server settings that we will use to setup an email program. If your email program is not listed above, you can use these settings to configure your program.
